1 Introduction & Consent

2 Eligibility & Registration

• Each person may operate only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or identity may result in all accounts being suspended.

3 Account Security

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Deposits and withdrawals on 11 det can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. The maximum single deposit limit is fixed and subject to change from time to time.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Additional time may be required during the verification process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Deposits to or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5 Betting Terms & Conditions

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except where a cash-out option is available.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

11 det offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

• Wagering requirements must be met for all bonuses, typically ranging from 5x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Bets placed with bonus balance may not be available across all markets.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is suspected, the bonus may be forfeited and the account suspended.

7 Responsible Betting

11 Dispute Resolution
